The walk on Thursday 20th Nov 2014 was blessed by "Trekkers Weather"

i.e. Sunshine! How do we do it?

For my part, it was my first walk since earlier in the year, and a slightly longer walk than normal, so by the time we reached Harrington Café in Elvaston Park, I was on my knees. Thanks to Sue and John, I found a seat and was waited on! Don't very often get that, but many thanks John and Sue.

A correction to the distance of today's walk:
4.0km  2½ miles referred to the distance from the start of the walk to
the café at Elvaston Castle.  Adding the distance from the café to the
end of the walk gives a total of 4.7km - just under 3 miles.
Total walking time 90 minutes
